It was helpful in suggesting better and easier ways for my husband to do things, but there is not a lot he can do now. Suggestions on how to move around and get up from chairs or from the floor after a fall were appreciated.

Claire Dunston my physio has been charming and extremely helpful following up the exercises given to me to do at home. Thoroughly checks that the exercise is correctly done whilst with her. Very patient and very pleasant.

Maybe allow an hour and a quarter in the gym - sometimes felt in a rush to do all equipment etc.
